Factor 9- Financial Self-sufficiency (1 point) As part of your application, you are required to declare that you will have, for the duration of a contract signed with MICC which is three months from the date of your arrival in Canada as a permanent resident, financial resources at least equal to the amount provided here to meet basic needs for yourself and your family. As part of your application, you must sign a contract confirming your commitment to provide for your needs and your family’s needs for at least the first three months following your arrival in Quebec. The minimum amounts that you undertake to possess are shown in the table here.
